    Dieting is something hard to maintain, especially if you’re surrounded with lots of your favorite unhealthy snacks. We have to admit. It’s one of life’s biggest challenges. Something that would really make us disciplined individuals, yet we always tend to give up at some stage of the diet. I can’t blame people why as I’ve been there and also gave in to temptation. This book is the answer to our problem. The tips and mindsets shared in this book are so beneficial that we could apply it to our diets right away. Great overview was given on how to choose the right kind of food for your lifestyle. It’s only 49 pages, but I can guarantee that it’s something that would totally benefit your health. Each page is jam packed with useful knowledge you can’t just find on the internet. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends. Good read.

    I can relate to the woman on the cover. I always have that face whenever I’m on the middle of dieting. Enjoying a diet seems impossible, but this book showed that it is possible. It always starts with the right attitude, the right set of mind. Chapters 1, 2 and 7 will help you get motivated by getting your mind fix on the price-the benefits or rewards of dieting. I also want to note Chapter 4 which gave me a lot of reason to accompany my diet with exercise. It is also essential to let your family and friends know that you are on diet because having a support system is also a big factor.

    I think I’ll be successful in my diet now and when I finally do I definitely owe it to MS Cherry.
