It is Windows 98 (SE), Windows 2000, Windows ME and Windows XP compatible. It supports application installation in Windows XP. It does not install Pagecam for PCVC690K. You may use this driver upgrade if you encounter problems with-- audio support-- fatal exception in QCAP.DLL when using Philips Wizard-- missing Win98 CDROM during installation under Windows Millenium Edition-- Twain support-- Windows 2000 protection-- blocked installation in Windows XP.
