Firmware upgrading procedure:--1. Connect the camera to the PC in DSC mode. (Do not use the cradle.) *Refer to the User\'s Manual for more information on connecting the camera in DSC mode.--2. Open the \"My Computer\" window. The camera appears in My Computer as a \"Removable disk\" or \"FinePix\" icon. * This varies depending on the operating system and other software used.--3. Double-click the \"Removable disk\" or \"FinePix\" icon in My Computer to open the disk window.--4. Drag and drop the downloaded \"FPUPDATE.DAT\" firmware file into the window opened in step 3.--5. Check that \"FPUPDATE.DAT\" has been copied to \"Removable disk\" or \"FinePix\".--6. Cancel the DSC connection and disconnect the camera from the PC.
